For my hair I go with very over the top volume with my top layers and let my bottom layers hang straight, almost everywhere I go.
Make-up wise, I usually just do what I feel like, however, always eyeliner and mascara.
I normally just wear what I want to, same old same old clothes.
I usually think in the mind set of the more dramatic the look, the better. But I think it also depends on what mood I'm in.
It's hard to say.How do you do your hair and makeup when you go out? What do you wear?
Well, I like to play up my eyes. I line them with black liner and use a cream beige shadow to lighten the eyes and then a bronze or silver color in the crease to make them pop. Black mascara of course. My hair is usually sleek and straight although sometimes I wear it curly out. I usually wear black pants and a fun silky top.
Make up)i wear avons white shimmer eyeshadow clear lip gloss.
Clothes)Ripped jean cute tank top
I were mascara, pink or blue or black eye shadow, and Dessert treats lip gloss, I just brush my hair.

How should i do my hair and makeup for picture day at school?
I am a freshman and i dont know how to do my hair and makeup for picture day, please be specific, i like color but only slight and I have very straight hair not easy to curl. Please Help picture day is tomorrow!!How should i do my hair and makeup for picture day at school?

you should keep your hair straight, as for makeup you shouldn't go with foundation because it will look fake and strange in the picture, you could use a tinted moisturizer instead, don't forget to dab concealer about one shade lighter than your tinted moisturizer/foundation, dot out blemishes under the eyes and discolorations. To set your makeup and make it last all day use a translucent powder. Don't use lipstick unless you want to look older, I'd recommend lip gloss if you have a light skin tone use peach colors on the lips and natural colored blush. If you have a darker skin tone use a medium rose color for lips and a natural color blush. If you want to look natural for your picture don't use very much eyeshadow.
As natural as possible, don't go crazy on the hair and don't wear strong makeup. I would also suggest you wear black or white, my reasoning is that YOU DON';T WANT TO LOOK BACK 20 YEARS FROM NOW AND BE LIKE 'WTF WAS I THINKING!' Thats all I can tell you right now because I don't know how you look like so idk what would look best, (ex. some people look better with staight hair others with curly). Don't stress so much about it, your young, right now is the time were you can look good without trying too hard, later you'll wish you'd look like you do now.

Tomorrow at school we have a dance and I need help with my hair and makeup. I am wearing a white v-neck and skinny jeans with coral wedges and a long coral necklace and coral earrings. I suggest looking at some hair style books to pick one your like.They are different ways to wear hair up. Then buy some prettey hair jewelry to match your dress and other jewelry.Don't overdo the hair jewelry,wear small pieces in hair.Makeup (go light on the makeup)You want a natural look,nothing heavy at all. I like natural eye colors.They have a new eye shadow that you can buy that matches with your eye color,that would be good for you to wear.Wear a natural shade of lipgloss,not lipsick.That would look pretty.
Why not find some pretty barrettes that match your jewelry, cubic zirconia/silver. One style I like, pin up just the top of your hair with bobby pins (I use two on each side) then just add some bling!

I've got very nice hair that's neither very thick nor very thin. Texture can very between African curly, and Asian striaght. I'm dressing as a cowgirl this year. Any suggestions? just slip on a dress to go shopping in and a pair of heels that has the same heel height as your wedding shoes will, this will make it easier to try gowns on. (such as, i know i prefer a 2'; heel and would shop for that type of wedding shoe)

These types of companies allow you to make your own schedule and earn money. Most provide free training and you will learn so much about the products, working your own small business, sales, marketing, and about yourself.
This type of company will provide you the freedom and some extra income while you are in school.
I am an independent consultant for Arbonne. I love it and we have many students that have been very successful with this business while in school. Some create a huge business for themselves and others just work it a little for extra money.

For your hair, when you get out of the shower towel dry until damp. Then take gel, or mousse (whatever you have laying around) and put a nickel size in your palm. Rub in your hands, flip your hair upside down and begin tousling and scrunching it for a sort of messy rock look. Flip back over and take 2-3 inch sections of your hair and scrunch them upand put them in messy buns all over your head. Sit for 15-20 minutes then spray the buns with hairspray. Take them out and just tousle your hair a little bit (do not brush or comb it) Spray it with a little more hairspray to finish it off, and it should hold.
For your makeup I would do a smoky eye. Begin by applying a light shade of concealer to the under eye area, and all over the top lid. Your mineral makeup foundation is a great concealer for this step and prepares your Eyes for the eyeshadow that you are going to apply. (It will also help it last longer in high heat and humidity) First, line both the top and bottom rims with an eye pencil, paying close attention to going into the lash line itself. If you have small eyes apply liner starting from the middle of the under eye to the outside of the eye. If your eyes are large feel free to line from corner to corner. With a small eye shadow brush or a q-tip, soften the edges of the eye pencil line. Apply a dark shadow using a sponge-tip applicator, smudge brush or a q-tip directly over the penciled area and smudge. (If you prefer, you can use your finger tip.) The shadow helps to set and soften the look. Next apply a lighter shadow in a neutral tone with a larger eye shadow brush, I like to use the wet/dry brush. Encircling the entire eye area, be sure to soften and graduate outward for that perfect blended look. Thenn, add Mascara! Brush away any shadow that has fallen below the eye with a fluffy brush and clean up any areas that have smeared with a q-tip. If you want to go for a classic smoky eye look, lightly line lips with a natural color and add some sheer color in peach, caramel, or barely there pink.

I could have written that myself!! I am exactly the same - some say it is depression, but I don't feel it is connected to that. I just cannot be bothered unless it is for a really special occasion. I think if you stop washing your hair, showering etc it is a psychological problem, but just scraping your hair back and being fresh faced is a sign that you have other values and priorities and being perfectly made up etc every day is presenting a false front to the world. Perhaps we are the lucky ones who are confident enough to show our real selves to the world without fear. I feel better for it. I don't need men admiring me in the street or women feeling envious of me to feel like a valued member of society - and obviously neither do you!! I am debating whether I am going to do this or not. I don't really want to spend a lot of money on it, but at the same time, I look at it as a once in a lifetime opportunity. What are your thoughts? Ok so last year i went overboard on makeup, and hair. And well it didn't turn out so good, my hair is back to normal dark red. But its short. haha well just pick a color like green or purple (but keep it light) and then in the outside corners in the crease, add a color like black or dark purple and then blend it inward! this gives you a sexy smoky mature look and it looks complicated! now just add a thin line of liner to just above the lashes (use a sharpened pencil so that you can go from the beginning of the lash line to the outside and then have the liner come out (almost like a cat eye, but only just off the lash line so that it connects with the dark color) and then only where your lashes are long at the botttom line them just barely and connect with the top liner and smudge the bottom either with a qtip or your finger and then add liner to the inside of your bottom lashes (where your tear ducts are) and then add mascara and you look fashionable and mature without going overboard with any kind of makeup :) keep it sexy and simple :)How to do scene hair and makeup, but simple?

If you were using liquid eyeliner before switch to pencil because you can do it thicker without it looking so. With the eyeshadow find one colour in 2 or 3 shades. Put the lighter (or middle) shade on first all over ur eyelid, then put the darkest one in the crease. If you have a lighter one (or u could just use white, it works just as well) put that in the corners and across the eyeline close to ur eyelashes, and if you want, on the bottom eyeline..

If you wear a pants suit, matching knee high socks are appropriate. SInce you mentioned your hair is thin, pull it back and wear a nice pony tail or bun. Wear barette, or some hair ornament. Nails should be clean and trimmed, polish ok, but not wild colors. Minimum make up, clean teeth and breath. Smile often, be cordial and speak clearly. A receptionist is one of th e most important jobs in a company/ Why? Because you are the first impression people will see or hear when they contact your company. How you look, how you speak, and how you address people (pleasant attitude,) can make or break a company. Oh - wear comfortable, clean shoes. You may have to walk a lot. High heels, unless you are very comfortable wearing them can get in the way. Dresses should be appropriate in length - nothing too short. I wish you the very, very best. If its at an office that is small and not so prestegious then you should pick out something from your wardrobe thats simple and professional, even if they are just buisness casual try to wear a pair of black, brown, gray dress pants. Make sure they are hemmed to the right legth! Conservative shoes - no sandals, or peep toed. Stick with plain and classy. Flats are fine.
For hair put it up. Either in a bun, clip, or slick ponytail. Having it down and look frumpy when you don't plan to look that way. Make sure you don't have to fuss with it at all at the interview.
For makeup. Look polished. Don't over do it. Look confidant. Smile and be you. Have a crisp copy of your resume. And be FABULOUS! good luck

Get human hair extensions, if you're real hair on top of the extensions is long, tease it, not using a comb though, do it with your hands (sorta like a scrunch).
Buy MAC makeup, its really bright and should show up on any skin tone. :D

How should I do my hair and makeup with a black and white dress for a party and a ceremony?
It's a white halter dress with a black design with a few silver sequin accents. I have 'chestnut' hair (that what it said on the bottle, but it's my natural color too... dark brownish) that is a cross between wavy and straight, it curls really weird so I straighten it usually. My skin is tannish, like I just went to the beach and tanned, but it's not super tan. You know?
It's for a bar (bat?) mitzvah, so there is a ceremony and a party. I have pretty much five hours to prepare for the party and two for the ceremony. For the ceremony I got diamond (well, they were fifteen dollars so I'm pretty sure it's not real diamond) earrings with a ruby (once again, probably fake, but it looks real) in it and a matching necklace. For the party I got a chunky red necklace and red earrings. I don't know about shoes yet, so suggestions for that would be good too.

Hair: straighten it. i know it takes a lot of work, and it can be damaging, but if you use a heat protectant spray it won't cause much damage. then, use shine serum to smooth, and an extra hold hairspray to hold and make your hair shine. some of my favorite products are:
john freida heat protectant spray
garnier fructis anti frizz shine serum
rave extra strong hairspray
you can get all at CVS or walmart or any drugstore.
Makeup: use a light foundation to even skin tone, and then concealor for blemishes or dark circles under your eyes. set it with powder, and add a little blush mixed with bronzer to your cheeks. then put on a pretty color lipstick, or some pink lipgloss. use mascara and eyeshadow (but i don't know what color since you didn't specify what color your eyes are). pink eyeshadow and nude/peach eyeshadow works well for everyone.

2) For your eyes, draw a thick-ish line of eyeliner on your top lid and wing it out a bit. Make it thicker in the middle and thinner of either sides. It makes your eyes look big. DONT do any liner underneath. Then it would be too much at once. Finish that off with lotsof mascara.
3) Dust shimmer/highlighting powder on your cheekbones and eyelids.
4) Paint your nails a pretty pink. Match it on your toenails if your wearing open toed stuff.
You'll look like a she stud, babe. :-)
Okay For your hair...Sleep in BIG curlers the night before. Or big hot rollers. Or you can straighten your hair and then curl it with a curling iron. Don't forget to spray after so your curls stay. (Big curls are gorgeous)
For makeup, don't make it stand out tooo much. Make it look natural. Go for a light tone...and eye liner. And a tad smudge of blush.

I really only wear some light eyeliner on my top lid. My hair is just kind of wavy and free and really all I do is just brush it in the morning. People think I'm pretty though, but I feel like I don't wear enough makeup or style my hair enough to be considered feminine looking. I wash my hair, rinse it. Then I apply conditioner only to the long parts of my hair-NEVER ON THE ROOTS! I twist my hair up in a clip while I wash my body. Then I use a face cleanser, rinse that off followed by a face scrub and rinse that off. I use a comb to rinse/comb most of the conditioner out of my hair. I dry myself and spray body spray. I brush my teeth and rinse with mouth wash. I then apply my foundation, then my powder. I then spread white eye shadow over both eyelids. Then I apply my choice of eyeshadow in an arc motion across the middle of the eyelid. Put on black liquid eyeliner. Let that dry. Then I brush on my blush on my cheeks, a bit on the tip of my chin and a little on the sides of my nose (styling tip to make your nose look slender-it works!). After that I curl my lashes, apply black mascara on the bottom then the top in that order of both eyes. Depending on the source of lip applicator I do that. Then I go back and curl my lashes one last time. Do a brisk sweep of my make up with my powder brush and I am done. Sounds like it takes a long time but I can do this in 45 minutes.. Add another 20 minutes if I straighten or 10 if I blow dry curly. Get dressed and press my choice of perfume and I am done!!!How do you wear your hair and makeup?
I wake up at seven o'clock, then sleep in until 7:40 when my mom/dad yells at me to get up. I throw on deodorant and clothes, then go to my bathroom. First, I put on my basic eyeshadow (a bit darker than skin tone all over my eye, then darker shadow on the crease, and blend.) Then I line my top and bottom inside lids with black eyeliner. I take out my color pallete and choose two pretty shades (blue and purple, green and gold, yellow and red, etc.) or two matching shades (dark blue and light blue, dark green and light green, etc.) and put the lighter color all over my eye and the darker color on the crease or all over the lid (depending on how dramatic I want it to be.)
Then, I put on chapstick and a tiny bit of lipgloss, and I'm good to go! All together, this takes about ten minutes.

i get up at about 6;30 and wash my hair with tigi catwalk curls rock shampoo and the condition it with the matching conditioner. then i get out of the shower about 6;55 and wrap my hair in a towel. then i put on deodrant, perfume and my school uniform (eeeww ;|). next i go down have breakfast etc and go up and brush my teeth. my school is very strict on make up, we aren't supposed to wear ANY, so the only make up i apply is; beige eyeshadow, foundation, bronzer, mascara, faint eyeliner and lipgloss. then i either blow dry my hair and put it up, blow dry and straighten it or scrunch it as it is naturally curly. then im done :) this takes about an hour and a half rofl :)
if im not washing my hair i do the same but just skip out the in-the-shower bit and i get longer in bed :D

My hair is naturally curly. So I just wash it in the morning, apply leave in conditioner, defrizz cream, and gel - and then I scrunch it. Then I wrap it up in a t-shirt and do my makeup. After my makeup, I unwrap my hair and diffuse it until it's 60-70% dry. Then I let it air dry.
For my makeup, I put loose powder on my eyelids to soak up oil. Then I use eyeliner on my waterline %26amp; to tightline. Then I put some eyeliner on my upper lashline. Then some volumizing mascara. Then some bronzer on my cheekbones, and some lipgloss (:

Who pays for bridal party hair and makeup?
My fiancee and I are getting married soon. I've been looking around for people to do my hair and makeup, as well as my bridesmaids' hair and makeup. I don't have it in my budget to pay for all of them to have their hair and makeup done. Is it standard to pay for it, or to have each of them pay for it themselves?Who pays for bridal party hair and makeup?
It isn't necessary to pay for them all but it is a nice thing to do since they are all nice enough to be a part of your wedding helping you out. If you really can't get their hair done then just tell them to wear there hair in a simple elegant way, maybe give them some ideas and maybe get them to help eachother do their hair. I'm sure they are capable of doing their own hair and makeup because I am assuming most of them are girls and probably already do that stuff on a daily basis.

for my wedding and all i've been to, it's usually customary for the bridesmaids to pay for their own...however w/ consideration to budget, you can offer that they can do their own hair or make up or go w/ someone they are comfortable w/ as long as they stay w/in your style guidelines.
Congratulations! Normally if you insist on having them look a certain way for your wedding you pay for them. But if it comes out of them that they want to get their hair and makeup done they have to pay for it themselves. It is expensive tho. Makeup alone will be around $30 to $300 per person. Hair is even more expensive. When my sister got married we had a hairstylist at out house to do her hair and my mom's. Then my mom said I could get mine done too. My cousin ended up getting her's too and she was one of the bridesmaid's. The other bridesmaid's probably went to the salon to get it done or did it themselved I really can't remember. For hair and makeup there are many services available they charge per person and it'll be hair and makeup separate. You have to pay for the makeup per person and the hairstyle per person and it will get pricey. Some even charge for travel. They may charge for the miles or distance they have to go

It isn't necessary to pay for them all but it is a nice thing to do since they are all nice enough to be a part of your wedding helping you out. If you really can't get their hair done then just tell them to wear there hair in a simple elegant way, maybe give them some ideas and maybe get them to help eachother do their hair. I'm sure they are capable of doing their own hair and makeup because I am assuming most of them are girls and probably already do that stuff on a daily basis.

for my wedding and all i've been to, it's usually customary for the bridesmaids to pay for their own...however w/ consideration to budget, you can offer that they can do their own hair or make up or go w/ someone they are comfortable w/ as long as they stay w/in your style guidelines.
Congratulations! Normally if you insist on having them look a certain way for your wedding you pay for them. But if it comes out of them that they want to get their hair and makeup done they have to pay for it themselves. It is expensive tho. Makeup alone will be around $30 to $300 per person. Hair is even more expensive. When my sister got married we had a hairstylist at out house to do her hair and my mom's. Then my mom said I could get mine done too. My cousin ended up getting her's too and she was one of the bridesmaid's. The other bridesmaid's probably went to the salon to get it done or did it themselved I really can't remember. For hair and makeup there are many services available they charge per person and it'll be hair and makeup separate. You have to pay for the makeup per person and the hairstyle per person and it will get pricey. Some even charge for travel. They may charge for the miles or distance they have to go

In all honesty, I think it depends. I'm a guy barely going into high school. My first day was today, and I was freaking out. Brand new schools are tough, and you really wanna make a good impression. Why go looking like crud on the first day? What's that gonna make your teachers think? Just be yourself.
because they want to feel confident, they want that day to be memorable to them they want others to remember them, and they just care about the first impression others get of them. some people actually care about how they look and enjoy it. have a problem with that??

I've seen the cover of the January/February 1993 issue of the Spanish edition of Harper's Bazaar, and I want to know who did the hair and makeup. I know I had a similar question about 2 hours ago, but I didn't get many helpful responses. Anyways, I am 15, medium length wavy, thick, dark brown hair with natural light brown highlights, medium/tan skin, and my yearbook photo background will either be indigo or slate (grayish) colored. I am looking for ideas on what style and color shirt to wear, how to do my hair, and what to do for makeup. I have an idea of what I want to do, but I want some suggestions so I can decide. for the shirt, don't wear something too loud, because it could distract from your face.
for makeup, don't go too overboard. you might end up looking like a clown. Try wearing a rose-colored blush to add some color to your cheeks so you don't look too washed out. again, not too much, you WILL look like a clown. Lip gloss also photographs well. Wear eyeliner on the top of your eye and a tiny bit on the outer corner under your eye. If you have blue eyes, try a rich chocolate brown or simple black. For green eyes, try the brown. For brown eyes, try an emerald or forest green, it sounds weard, but it looks good. not too much, though! don't wear eyeshadow, the sparkles will look overpowering on camera. finish it off with black mascara on the top, and dab a small amount of cover-up on any blemishes or dark under-eye circles.Help with hair, makeup, and outfit for Picture day?
ok this is what u may wanna do. Wear a bright shirt to bring out the color. Wear something that has like Orange or Red or maybe even a light blue or pink. Do ur makeup the same way. Bring out the color of ur eyes. i hope this works!
i would wear you hair down and straight. do your makeup the same way you would wear it to school. but don't put tons of eye linner on for pictures it doesn't look that great. just a light brown that is noticeable but not too dark. for your shirt it wondent really madder cuzzz it wont really show up but don't get all dressed up for it wear a plane cute cut top. but nothing too bright like not orange or red.maybe a white, blue, or a pinkish top but make sure it is not a Bright pink it should be a settle pink.

well I am 13 and this is what I do for a party or a dance sometimes picture day so for your shirt, I would wear a shirt that the sleeves go to like ur elbow, they usually call them dorm room thermals probably a green/hazel color or a blue possibly brown to match ur eyes, ok for your hair I would straighten it to make ur highlights stand out it might take a little while because ur hair is thick but it will look AWESOME, because everyone is used to seeing u with ur hair wavy, finally for makeup If u are going with a green/hazel I would wear a smokey eyeshadow or a greyish eyeshadow so if you go with the slate background your eyes will stand out then the usual mascara and eyeliner then wear a natural lip gloss or lip stick a light pink, light brown or tan, srry I typed so much I have to practice on being detailed. did that help?

try a pair of jeans with a kimono like top ( the kind that is kinda loose and a tunic) and flats, wear your hair down (just blow dried straight) or in a ponytail. keep your makeup simple by making it a clean look (try foundation, light eyeliner, a light coating of lip gloss, and if you really want to a matte eye shadow in either brown or grey - the eye shadow is kinda pushing it)

If you have a skin care use it! It will help your makeup look great (I prefer Mary Kay). If you have foundation, that is a must! Put on some blush and a light color of eye shadow (if you have blue eyes do not put on blue eye shadow) and black mascara. Put chap stick on and then if you want lipstick. The cap stick helps the lipstick spread. I always put on a light pink and then rub it off, it gives my lips color and then I put a pink or clear gloss on.
With your hair it can be in a 1/2 ponytail or just strait. Straiten it, curl it, crimp it or do that barely thing.

For your make up, take a shiny silver eyeshadow and apply it to the entire eyelid, then take liquid eyeliner and apply it thickly to the corner of your upper eyelid and get thinner towards the center. After, take pencil eyeliner and apply to the inner part of the lower eyelid, and top it off with black mascara. And of course use lip gloss! Hope that helped!
