What type of hair cut, makeup and clothing should I wear?

I am 6, 1ft, blue eyes, light brown hair and weigh 150 pounds. I am a runner. But I have no idea wear to find jeans, shoes or any kind of clothing that fits for cheap. I need help! Also i have long wavy hair and sorta curly ( yes its natural and a pain in my butt! ) Would a shoulder length hair cut work?What type of hair cut, makeup and clothing should I wear?

for a more sophisticated look, H%26amp;M is super cheap and looks more professional. I personally love how H%26amp;M fits on me. Aeropostale clothing isn't good quality, and one tends to look like everyone else when wearing brands like hollister, aero, ae, abercrombie,etc.
