subtle colors like pink and brown are the best.


wavy hair usually looks good in the summer.

Natural is always the best!!


You shouldn't use any make-up on summer, especially during the day - only some facial cream that suits ur skin type.


About your hair - do not dye it, since the sun might burn it...





Anyways, I think you shouldn't experiment much with make-up. Just be yourself! - If you are wearing something (make-up, clothes...) that makes u feel strange and uncomfortable - that is definitely not you.
why do you need to put make up on??? well if you really do need make up then use mineral make up. not only is it good for your skin, it doesn't clog pores!!! like bareminerals, sheer cover, or any mineral make up from neutrogena and physician's formula. for your hair....don't curl,straighten,blow dry every single day. only if you have to. condition a lot!!!!
hey i'm 13 too.......here are some summe tips for makeup:





~Don't put too much on....you are only 13


~Natural is best, especially for summer


~Mascara is a must.....some days that's all you need to wear


~Get water proof everything-you never know when you are going to jump in a pool


~Don't use too much eyeliner


~Nude shades for lips are in


~Don't cake on powder
1) wear sunscreen! try a tinted moisturizer with sunscreen in it. 2) add just a hint of blush or sparkle. 3) add mascara. that's it for summer -- easy!
it all kind of depends on you. I would suggest eye liner, dark brown, not black. If you have blue eyes brown eye shadow, brown eyes green eyeshadow, and green eyes a nice suttle blue eye shadow. Don't put too much of this on, or you'll look like a barbie.
I'm 13 to and I'll tell you what I do:





Shiny clear lipgloss is a must


A little blush for apple red cheeks or a tan face


Eye shadow looks awesome with a matching top


ALWAYS have clean teeth! It improves complection! (Especially if you are going to apply lip makeup)





Yea so I put light colors it looks really good remember don't overdo it and don't put so much! Although you are only 13 a little makeup never hurts, and mascara isn't as neccasary as looks.

i just asked the same the question ok so i can tell you makeup not hair use a brown eyshado the complements you skin tone and clear gloss with a little copper color hint:only use the eyshado on the lowest part. and if you want your eyes to pop use a dark brown eyliner with a little maskera for foundation use a mineral powder since it looks more natural

try a light base with a powder finsh it helps to keep it from runnin in the heat and use a matte eyeshadow. i suggest a tan neutral color for your age and keep chap stick with you. the heat dries the skin and lips.
i am 13 too. i usually wear a shimmery eyeshadow with a light coat of mascara and a nice pink lip.





for hair, i like ponytails with ribbons, braided pigtails, hair down, and stuff like that! hope i helped
