How Should I do my Hair and Makeup For winter Ball?

I have Fair skin, blue grey eyes, round oval head, short sandy blond hair, that is pretty curly. I will be wearing a black dress with pink trimmings. Please help me. The Ball is Tonight.How Should I do my Hair and Makeup For winter Ball?
Maybe add blue sparkle to your eyelids that wili remind people of snow, but have that on top of pink eyeshadow. Wear black mascara and curl your eyelashes and put eyeliner on the bottom of your eyes. Wear your hair in a pretty high 'messy' bun with a strand of hair in your face. And have your hair curled with curlers just to make your curls look ahhh mazing. (: also wear some foundation around your face and when you smile, put blush on the apples of your cheeks and brush it around, and lead it up to around your timples (but don't make it look fake or too much, use 99% of it around your cheek area) Or if your hair is too short to wear it up, straighten it or just curl it with curlers to add an extra oomph to your curls. good luck and have fun. :)How Should I do my Hair and Makeup For winter Ball?
If it is within your budget, you should really go to a salon with professional(or so-so) make-up artist and hairstylist. They'll be able to help you match the right hairstyle and make-up for you.
wear your hair is some type of up do and wear your make up light
Sounds like your eyes are your best asset. Add shimmer (not sparkle) shadow. Keep the eye clean looking but dramatic. Add two layers of mascara (black). Remember to let dry between coats and to comb thru after each application. Be very careful on blush. too much and this look can go south quick! For the lips, a sheer pink. Your hair is best curly...go with it.
Hair up in a bun, icy pink lipstick, very little ammount of blush, eyeliner, mascara, and some white, light blue, or diamond-like earrings.

and use light pink eyeshadow with black eey liner


and maybe a light gloss...
dunno much about the hair,... but with make up... u can go for smokey eyes.... n light blush n glossy lips..


use body shimmer... i just love it...


u may also use benefit's high beam on ur cheek bones... my another fav,,

I think you should curl it, and dont put it up, because personally, i think thats a little too ';summery'; idk y. but i think you should curl it.





Makeup;


eyes: White eyeshadow


blush; neutral? like brown but not too brown


eyeliner; i would go without eyeliner for this one.


maskara; if you have cover girl lash blast, i use that it is the absolute best! So if u have it i would use it, if not, just use maskara, black.


lips; a shiny pale pink





earings; if you haave peirced ears, wear hoops they will really bring out the curls.


if you dont have pierced ears, stl wear clip on hoops if u have any.
