if you wear waterproof mascara,
roll the tube in your hands a bit to warm up the wax used to make it.
if it dries up,
add 1 or 2 drops of olive oil.
no variations, always olive oil.
moisturize often, cold=dry skin.
if you wear mineral or powder foundation,
try lightly spritzing your makeup with water to
help it stay on your face longer.
WARNING: dont do the above if you wear a primer,
the water will deteriorate it.
well in winter people tend to have the natural look. use pale lip gloss or lipstick. go lighter on the eyes. if you want ur eyes to stand out, outline then with a paler liner, like dark grey. and mascara is ur best friend! for ur hair, i would make it wavy and tassled. that'll look great
Lots of glitter! Glitter eyeliner, glitter mascara, and they make glitter hair spray!! so yeah. but make your makeup really natural annd light!
