How do I look 2 years older than I am by changing my hair, makeup, etc.?

I'm not talking about permanent stuff, just for today. I'm interviewing for a job, and I really need to look older. Problem is, I look about a year younger than my age. Help!How do I look 2 years older than I am by changing my hair, makeup, etc.?
Im 18 and I look 12, I look older if I where eyeliner a little mascara, and some dark grey, or light black around it (Smokey eyes)), but not light either, a ponytail, not to high, looks tennaged, not to low looks young, keep your bangs lose, a button up blouse, a black skirt (Like a tennis skirt, only black)) Skin colored Nylons, and not heels, they make you look young if you cant walk right, black flats, or something similar with maybe a half inch heal.How do I look 2 years older than I am by changing my hair, makeup, etc.?

ease down on the blusher. a lighter shade of pink will do.





nude/light pink lipstick.





as for eyes. do NOT go heavy makeup. thats really tarty. interviews are about appearing sophisticated and grown up and meaning business... the least thing you need is excessive makeup.
I wanna say heals for sure, but don't fall. I know it is hot out, but wear long darker jeans, that flare, with either big flip flops,white... or heels like i said.
