How should I do my makeup and hair for prom?

I have a purple knee length strapless dress, with black lace all over the thing. Very cute!


Sooo.....how should I do my makeup to work with the dress?


I want my eyes to really stand out. I have blue eyes!


And my hair is about shoulder length and brown.
