My hairs a little shorter than hers, and its very wavy/curly.How can I do my hair and makeup like the girl in this picture?
Use a straightener and straighten your hair, doesn't look like she's wearing a lot of makeup so maybe use some eyeliner and mascara. :) hope I helped
