Im a licensed cosmotologist interested in doing hair and makeup for local funeral homes .How to go about doing hair and makeup on the deceased?
Funeral Directors/Embalmers are trained in cosmotology in school. So they wouldn't need to hire a cosmotologist.How to go about doing hair and makeup on the deceased?

You ask for a picture then you try to get it as close to that picture as possible.You dont decide they need a new do.They want them to look like themselves. Go talk to a funeral director for more info.I thought about this job too.
i imagine its not much different from doing the alive persons make up.


just do what compliments their face.


only difference is youd prally have to give them a tad more color to make them seem more alive.


the hair...just what you think would look good. how? i guess just sit them in a chair im not sure...
