Target and Walmart, Walmart has a way better variety, they have a lot of good hair products, if you want really good make-up go to Dillards or Belk, you know they have the Clinique and other boothes, they have really good make-up and you get free make overs!!!! BUt it's way more expense, but it's worth the price!
i shop at ulta.
I shop at Herberger's Clinique counter for makeup and I use Redken all Soft for my hair...available at tons of salons.


Clinique.com has lots of cool stuff.
victoria's secret for some, and sephora has tons of awesome products.
