How should I wear my hair and makeup with this homecoming dress?

Homecoming is in 3 weeks. I just bought this strapless dress and I don't know how to do my hair and makeup.

PS. I am fair skinned with dark brown hair that falls 2 or 3 inches below my shoulders. Any suggestions?How should I wear my hair and makeup with this homecoming dress?
i love the dress, and i think that a bun would look good. put your hair in a side ponytail and then divide that into two parts and braid them, tying them off seperately. then twist the braids together and wrap them around the ponytail and pin it in place.





for makeup, a smoke pink look would be nice, but i would do a smoky-ish black and silver look. idk if you read teen vogue, but there was a look in there that was really cut like that. i know loreal hip has a silver and black duo that would be good.

apply it to the inner 2/3 of your eyelid


apply a black shadow to the rmaining 1/3 of your lid and into your entire crease then blend the two colors together with a blending brush


use a highlighting shade such as this one http://www.maccosmetics.com/templates/pr鈥?/a> in blonde's gold, lightly brush it under the brow, and on the inner corner of your eye, near the tear duct


Apply a black mascara to your upper and lower lashes


then use a black liner on your entire waterline


try curling your hair, sorry if the makeup is a little much, i love playing with my mkeup and i love mixing colors with blacks, try it one night when you get the time i am sure you'll like it, though it might take a little practice to get it perfect
Pretty dress... copy the model, her make-up looks really good. And do simple hair too, but a little different than you wear it everyday. Maybe just a little curl to it, and down.
